Put some chicken breast strips into a pan and salt 1 tea spoon; Ginger Garlic Paste- ½ tea spoon; Cumin Powder -1 tea spoon; Garam Masala Powder – ½ tea spoon; Black pepper ½ tea spoon; Olive oil- ¼ cup and stir it properly. Boil it for 15/20 minutes as the chicken become half boiled. While it’s getting ready put some ¼ cup of olive oil, add potato and salt ½ tea spoon and cook it for 15/20 minutes. Then add the chicken mixture with this potato and slow cook for another 10 minutes or so.
Take a puff pastry sheet and cut it as shown in the video put stuffing inside and put egg yolks for getting the perfect colour.
Bake it in 400 degree for 20 minutes until get the nice colour. And your Puffed Chicken Samosa is ready to go……………….

and mix it properly. Leave the mixture for ½ an hour and then add Pakora mix powder- 1 table spoon (Optional) Plain Flour- 4 table spoon; Corn Flour- 2 table spoon; Gram Flour (Beshan) – 3 table spoon; Chilli Powder – ½ tea spoon and give a good mixture.
Put some oil in a pan and heat it properly first. Then start putting small ball of the
mixture. And take it off when it becomes nice brown colour.
Add chopped onion, potato, green beans and tomato in a pan with low heat and add salt- 1 table spoon; Madras powder-1 table spoon; Cumin powder- 1 and ½ tea spoon; chilli powder- 1 tea spoon and turmeric Powder ½ tea spoon. Mix it properly, and after 4-5 minutes add 1 cup of water, cover it and cook it for around 20 minutes.
When the vegetables become little bit soft and fish into it. Keep the fish in the top surface and don’t stir it hard. Gently put the gravy at the top of it and cover it for another 10 minutes. And your easy Mackerel and Veg is ready to go…………….

Lamb rib – 1KG
Chilli powder- 2 tea spoons
Garam masala powder -2 tea spoon
Yogurt – 3 table spoon
Tomato puree – 2 table spoon
Sweet chilli – 2 table spoon
Peri peri sauce – 2 table spoon
Madras powder -1 tea spoon
Salt- 2 tea spoon
Tandoori Masala- 2 tea spoon
Lemon Juice 2 tea spoon + 2 tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 and ½ tea spoon
Mustard oil -1/4 cup
Description/ How to:

Preheat the oven and bake it 180 degree for 1 or 1.5 hrs and your lamb rib is ready to go……….

In
a separate pan add Ghee (Butter)- 1 table spoon, add salt if needed, Chopped
Onion- 2 medium size. Add ½ cup of water when the onion become brown. Then add
the marinated Lamb chops into it. Then add 1 table spoon of Sugar, ½ Lemon juice and cook for an hour. Then add
2/3 green chilli and cook for another 15 minutes. At the end add some fried
onion to garnish……..and your ‘Nawabi Chop’ is ready to go………..
Add 1 and ½ table spoon of chilli powder and salt with
chicken pieces and fry with very little water until it becomes brown. In a
separate pan add ¼ cup of olive oil, onion, ghee 1 table spoon, bayleaves 1-2,
Cinnamon 1 & cardamom 3-4, Garlic and Ginger paste mix 1 table spoon. When
it starts getting brown add Coriander powder 1 table spoon , Garam Masala
powder 1 table spoon and salt. Then add water after 2-3 minutes add milk later
on add fried chicken pieces. Cook for
around 10 minutes. Just before taking off add sugar 1 talbe spoon, green chilli
2-3 and some sultanas.
STEP-2: PREPARE BIRYANI RICE
In a pan add olive oil ¼ cup and 1 table spoon of ghee, bay
leaves 1-2, cinnamon stick 1 and little bit of chopped onion. When the onion
becomes brown add washed & dried rice.Fry the rice for few minutes before
adding water in it. Add boiled water in it. Water should be 2-3 centimetre
above the rice. It is very important to put exact amount of water otherwise
rice could be too soft. Then add ¼ cup of milk, salt and cook until the rice
water dried off.
STEP-3: LAYERING
BIRYANI (FINAL STEP)
In a big pan add ghee 1 table spoon, put cooked rice and
cover the base, then add cooked chicken and some gravy with it, then add fried
onion and condensed milk. This is the first layer.
In the second layer follow the same process starting with
rice, then chicken, fried onion and condensed milk.
Do same in third layer. If you don’t have enough then you
can do only two layers.
Cook
in low heat another 5-10 minutes and ‘Layered Chicken Biryani’ is ready to
go…….
Mix it properly. Keep it into the fridge for 2/3 hours
Onion (cut into cube)- 6/7
Egg- 1
Green Chilli- 2-3
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon
Green Papaya – (medium size) ; If it is green and hard you
might need to boil it to make it bit soft.
Description/ How to:
Take beef (500 gm) to a bowl and add Garam Masala powder -1
tea spoon; Coriander Powder -2 tea spoon; Cumin Powder – 2 tea spoon; Chilli
Powder- 1 tea spoon; Garlic & Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon; Salt- 2 tea
spoon; Olive oil- ¼ cup of Olive Oil and give it a good mix.
In a separate pan put these mixed beef, add ½ cup of water
and boil it for 25/30 minutes. Take it off before it is too soft.
After that, put ½ cup of olive oil add onion (cut into
cubes), salt, green chilli 2-3, in the pan scramble an egg and mix it with the
onion. When the onion becomes brown, add papaya. After 2/3 minutes add boiled
meat, add ½ cup of water and cook for 4/5 minutes. Add ½ tea spoon of black
pepper, 1 tea spoon of soya sauce, 2 tea spoon of sugar, and ½ cup of corn flour
mix. ( Make the corn flour mix with ½ cup of water and 2 spoons of corn flour)
Cook for another 5/7 minutes and Onion Beef is ready to go…………..
Put all ingredients mentioned amount in a bowl : Yogurt ½ cup, Garlic and ginger paste 1 tea spoon,
Tomato Puree 2 tea spoon, Coriander powder 1 tea spoon, Chilli powder ½ tea
spoon, Cumin Powder 1 tea spoon, Salt 1 tea spoon, Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce 2
table spoon, Lemon Juice ½ of a lemon, Sweet chilli Sauce 2 tea spoon, Tandoori
Masala 1 tea spoon, Black pepper ¼ tea spoon, Mustard oil 2 tea spoon, mix it
properly and then add chicken wings with it. Keep the marinated wings for at
least 1 hour. For the best taste keep it for 3 or 4 hours. more and more is
better!!!. Pre-heat oven with 180 degree and cook it for around 15-17 minutes.
And that’s all……….. your homemade peri peri chicken wings are ready.
In a pan put some olive oil and fry some chopped onion until
brown. Add ½ tea spoon salt, ½ tea spoon,
1 tea spoon garam masala* powder (optional) and add one finely chopped
green chilli

water, put the lid on and leave it until it cooked.

Put some flour and water mix it properly, take some
breadcrumbs in a plate. Put the chicken inside a bread, soak into the flour
mixture, nicely press all sides of the bread and seal it properly. Put it into
breadcrumbs and fry it into deep oil. Take it off when it gets nice colour.

Cook for few (3-4) minutes and then add Soya sauce – 1 tea spoon Ketchup- Little bit Procedure Step-1 Boil your vegetable in a separate pan add little bit of salt in it as the vegetables will look more colourful. After boiling the vegetable, drain the water in a separate pot and keep the vegetable stock as you will use it for later. Step-2 Put some olive oil in the pan add salt, garlic paste, onion, black pepper and 2-3 green chilli. When it becomes a bit brown add small chicken pieces. Add some water and cook it for few minutes. Add 1-2 eggs with it. After 4-5 minutes of cooking add some boiled vegetables. Another minute or two of cooking add bit of soya sauce, ketchup and vegetable stock (left over from boiled vegetable). Add some milk after 2 minutes, cover it and cook for 5-10 minutes. And it’s ready to eat………

Add salt and chilli powder with the raw prawn, mix it

RICE
Ingredients
Chopped Spring Onion
Chopped Carrots – 4/5 medium size
Prawns- 8/10
Chopped Green Pepper
Egg- 1
Lemon Juice (1+1) tea spoons
Olive oil (1+1) tea spoons
Salt (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon
Description/ How to:
Add some water to a pot (Ratio should be like: 2.5 cup of
water for 2 cups of rice) add 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of salt
and 1 tea spoon of olive oil and cook. Don’t make the rice too soft as you will
cook it again later on. If you think you put too much water just drain it
before the rice become too soft. When it is ready keep it aside.
Make a scrambled egg in a separate pan and keep it aside.
Put oil in a fry pan put chopped carrots in it and add
little bit of spring onion, leave it with less hit and prepare the prawn and
come back to it later. Let it fry for 7 minutes and prepare prawn by this time.
In next step put some prawns in a bowl add ½ tea spoon of black pepper, 1 tea spoon of
soya sauce, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of olive oil and ½ spoon
salt and mix it properly.
Add
prawns to those vegetables, and then add scrambled egg, rest of the spring
onion. After 7 minutes, start adding rice slowly. Stir it gently and cook for
another 4/5 minutes and it’s ready to eat your delicious prawn fried
rice……………..
