Ingredients

Step-1
Meat (In this video we used lamb)
Garam Masala- 2 tea spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 tea spoon
Madras Powder- 1tea spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon (Use more or less as hot as you want)
Turmeric Powder- ½ tea spoon
Jayfal Jayetri – ½ tea spoon (optional- it will give you a nice flavour)
Cinamon stick- 1
Cardamom- 2/3
Bay leaves- 2/3
Lemon Juice- 2 tea spoons
Yougurt- 1 Cup
Olive oil 2  table spoons
Salt  (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Give it a good mix…. And keep it in the fridge at least 2/3 hours
Chopped Onion – 5/6
Garlic & ginger paste 3 table spoon

Description/ How to:
Step1 of masala meat
Put your meat in a  bowl, add Salt  (1 + ½ ) tea spoon, Garam Masala- 2 tea spoon,Cumin Powder- 2 tea spoon, Madras Powder- 1tea spoon, Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon (Use more or less as hot as you want), Turmeric Powder- ½ tea spoon, Jayfal Jayetri – ½ tea spoon (optional- it will give you a nice flavour), Cinamon stick- 1, Cardamom- 2/3, Bay leaves- 2/3, Lemon Juice- 2 tea spoons,
Yougurt- 1 Cup, 
Give it a good mix………….
Add Olive oil 2 table spoons and put it in a fridge for at least 2/3 hours…..
Step2 of masala meat
In a separate pan add some olive oil, add chopped onion, garlic 1 table spoon and
ginger 1 table spoon fry it for couple of minutes and then add marinated meat….
Cook it for
30/35 minutes…
And it’s
ready to eat your meat masala………………………
