Ingredients
Meat (In this video we used lamb)- 1.5kg
Chopped Onion – 5/6
Garam Masala- 1 tea spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 table spoon
Madras Powder- 1table spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon (Use more or less as hot as you want)
Jayfal Jayetri crashed – ½ tea spoon (optional- it will give you a nice flavour)
Cinamon stick- 1
Cardamom- 2/3
Bay leaves- 2/3
Lemon Juice- 2 tea spoons
Yougurt- 1 Cup
Olive oil ¼ cups
Salt (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Garlic & ginger paste 2 table spoon
Poppy seeds (Posto dana) paste 2 tea spoon
Cashew nuts ground 2 table spoon
Description/ How to:
Put some yogurt in a blender, add poppy seeds, cashew nut and
blend it properly. Add some raisins, Jayfal Jatric (optional) and lemon juice
with it.

In a separate pan put some ghee (or butter) and add onion in
it and cook for few minutes. Add some salt, garlic, ginger, bay leaves,
cinnamon stick & cardamom. After frying for few minutes add meat along with
chilli powder, cumin powder, madras powder and garam masala. Add half cup of
water and cook for 30 minutes.

Now, add yogurt mixture to it and then cook another 20
minutes. Add milk, sugar and cook for another 15 minutes. Put some green
chillies and cook for 3-5 minutes.
