This is a very easy and quickest way to cook vegetable from
the all time available vegetables. It can be use as stuffing for tacos. You can
also have it with rice, Nan, Roti, chapatti. You can also make vegetable wrap
with it…
Ingredients:
Cauliflower medium size
Capsicum
Tomato
Chopped Onion
Turmeric powder- ½ tea spoon
Chilli powder- ½ tea spoon
Cumin powder- 1 tea spoon
Madras powder- 1 tea spoon
Salt- 1 tea spoon
Olive oil – ½ cup
Description/ How to
Put ½ cup of olive oil and add 1 chopped onion into a pan
and fry it for 1-2 minutes, then add Salt- 1 tea spoon; Turmeric powder- ½ tea
spoon; Chilli powder- ½ tea spoon; Cumin powder- 1 tea spoon and Madras powder-
1 tea spoon then add cauliflower to it and cook it for around 15 minutes. When
the cauliflower is bit soft then add capsicum and tomato into it. Cook for
another 4-5 minutes. And Cauliflower Capsicum Fry is ready to go…………….
Cook Just Under 30 Minutes!!!!
