Recipe
Ingredients
Yogurt- ½ Cup
Garlic & Ginger Paste -2 tea spoons
Poppy Seed Paste (Posto dana) 2 tea spoons
Jayfal Jaytri – ½ tea spoon
Shahi Jeera (Optional) – 1 tea spoon
Grounded Dry Chilli – 1 table spoon (use less if you don’t
like hot)
Bay leaves -1-2
Cinnamon stick -1
Cardamom – 2-3
Garam Masala Powder- 1 table spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 table spoon
Chilli Powder – 2 tea spoon (use less if you don’t like hot)
Madras Powder- 2 table spoon  
Black Pepper – ½ tea spoon
Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Rose Water-  1 table
spoon
Salt – 2 tea spoon
Mustard Oil – 3 tea spoons  (Mix it properly) Keep it in fridge 2-4 hours
Chopped Onion- 2 medium size
Add salt if needed
Ghee (Butter)- 1 table spoon
Water – ½ cup
Sugar – 1 table spoon
Lemon -   ½  (Cook for an hour)
Green chilli – 2/3 (Cook for another 15 minutes)
Add some fried onion to garnish……..and ‘Nawabi Chop’ is
ready to go………..

Description/ How to:
Add Yogurt- ½ Cup, Garlic & Ginger Paste -2 tea spoons,Poppy
Seed Paste (Posto dana) -2 tea spoons, Jayfal Jaytri – ½ tea spoon (Optional), Shahi
Jeera  – 1 tea spoon, Grounded Dry Chilli
– 1 table spoon (use less if you don’t like hot), Bay leaves -1-2, Cinnamon
stick -1, Cardamom – 2-3, Garam Masala Powder- 1 table spoon, Cumin Powder- 2
table spoon, Chilli Powder – 2 tea spoon (use less if you don’t like hot), Madras
Powder- 2 table spoon, Black Pepper – ½ tea spoon, Vinegar – 1 table spoon, Rose
Water-  1 table spoon, Salt – 2 tea spoon,
Mustard Oil – 3 tea spoons  with Lamb
chops and mix it properly. Keep it in fridge 2-4 hours. More hours in the fridge
is better.
In
a separate pan add Ghee (Butter)- 1 table spoon, add salt if needed, Chopped
Onion- 2 medium size. Add ½ cup of water when the onion become brown. Then add
the marinated Lamb chops into it. Then add 1 table spoon of Sugar,  ½ Lemon juice and cook for an hour. Then add
2/3 green chilli and cook for another 15 minutes. At the end add some fried
onion to garnish……..and your ‘Nawabi Chop’ is ready to go………..
