Recipe
Ingredients
Yogurt- ½ Cup
Garlic & Ginger Paste -2 tea spoons
Poppy Seed Paste (Posto dana) 2 tea spoons
Jayfal Jaytri – ½ tea spoon
Shahi Jeera (Optional) – 1 tea spoon
Grounded Dry Chilli – 1 table spoon (use less if you don’t
like hot)
Bay leaves -1-2
Cinnamon stick -1
Cardamom – 2-3
Garam Masala Powder- 1 table spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 table spoon
Chilli Powder – 2 tea spoon (use less if you don’t like hot)
Madras Powder- 2 table spoon  
Black Pepper – ½ tea spoon
Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Rose Water-  1 table
spoon
Salt – 2 tea spoon
Mustard Oil – 3 tea spoons  (Mix it properly) Keep it in fridge 2-4 hours
Chopped Onion- 2 medium size
Add salt if needed
Ghee (Butter)- 1 table spoon
Water – ½ cup
Sugar – 1 table spoon
Lemon -   ½  (Cook for an hour)
Green chilli – 2/3 (Cook for another 15 minutes)
Add some fried onion to garnish……..and ‘Nawabi Chop’ is
ready to go………..

Description/ How to:

– 1 table spoon (use less if you don’t like hot), Bay leaves -1-2, Cinnamon
stick -1, Cardamom – 2-3, Garam Masala Powder- 1 table spoon, Cumin Powder- 2
table spoon, Chilli Powder – 2 tea spoon (use less if you don’t like hot), Madras
Powder- 2 table spoon, Black Pepper – ½ tea spoon, Vinegar – 1 table spoon, Rose
Water-  1 table spoon, Salt – 2 tea spoon,
Mustard Oil – 3 tea spoons  with Lamb
chops and mix it properly. Keep it in fridge 2-4 hours. More hours in the fridge
is better.
In
a separate pan add Ghee (Butter)- 1 table spoon, add salt if needed, Chopped
Onion- 2 medium size. Add ½ cup of water when the onion become brown. Then add
the marinated Lamb chops into it. Then add 1 table spoon of Sugar,  ½ Lemon juice and cook for an hour. Then add
2/3 green chilli and cook for another 15 minutes. At the end add some fried
onion to garnish……..and your ‘Nawabi Chop’ is ready to go………..

Recipe
1.      10/12 pieces of chicken
2.      Rice 8 Cup
3.      Onion – 5 (for chicken) + 1 (for pilau rice) + 1 for fried onion)
4.      Chilli powder: 1 and ½ table spoon
5.      Salt 1 table spoon + 1and ½ tea spoon + 1 table spoon
6.      Olive oil ¼ cup + ¼ cup + ¼ cup  
7.      Ghee- 1 table spoon + 1 table spoon + 1 table spoon
8.      Bay leaf -2+ 2
9.      Cinnamon stick 1
10.  Cardamom
11.  Garlic & Ginger paste – 1 table spoon
12.  Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
13.  Cumin
Powder- 1 table spoon
14.  Garam Masala Powder – 1 tea spoon
15.  Milk- ½ cup + ½ Cup
16.  Yogurt
17.  Sugar – 1 table spoon +
18.  Raisin/ Sultana- 10/12
19.  Green Chilli- 2-3
20.  Condensed milk ¼ of a tin

Descripton/ How to

STEP 1 : PREPARE THE CHICKEN FOR BIRYANI
Add 1 and ½ table spoon of chilli powder and salt with
chicken pieces and fry with very little water until it becomes brown. In a
separate pan add ¼ cup of olive oil, onion, ghee 1 table spoon, bayleaves 1-2,
Cinnamon 1 & cardamom 3-4, Garlic and Ginger paste mix 1 table spoon. When
it starts getting brown add Coriander powder 1 table spoon , Garam Masala
powder 1 table spoon and salt. Then add water after 2-3 minutes add milk later
on add fried chicken pieces.  Cook for
around 10 minutes. Just before taking off add sugar 1 talbe spoon, green chilli
2-3 and some sultanas.  

STEP-2: PREPARE BIRYANI RICE
In a pan add olive oil ¼ cup and 1 table spoon of ghee, bay
leaves 1-2, cinnamon stick 1 and little bit of chopped onion. When the onion
becomes brown add washed & dried rice.Fry the rice for few minutes before
adding water in it. Add boiled water in it. Water should be 2-3 centimetre
above the rice. It is very important to put exact amount of water otherwise
rice could be too soft. Then add ¼ cup of milk, salt and cook until the rice
water dried off.

STEP-3:   LAYERING
BIRYANI (FINAL STEP)
In a big pan add ghee 1 table spoon, put cooked rice and
cover the base, then add cooked chicken and some gravy with it, then add fried
onion and condensed milk. This is the first layer.
In the second layer follow the same process starting with
rice, then chicken, fried onion and condensed milk.
Do same in third layer. If you don’t have enough then you
can do only two layers.
Cook
in low heat another 5-10 minutes and ‘Layered Chicken Biryani’ is ready to
go…….

Beef Onion with Papaya | Easy Onion beef recipe | Beef Chilli Onion Bangladeshi style

Ingredients
Beef Cut into small pieces- 500 gm
Garam Masala powder -1 tea spoon
Coriander Powder -2 tea spoon
Cumin Powder – 2 tea spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon
Garlic & Ginger paste _ 1 tea spoon
Salt- 2 tea spoon
Olive oil- ¼ of cup +
Mix it properly. Keep it into the fridge for 2/3 hours
Onion (cut into cube)- 6/7
Egg- 1
Green Chilli- 2-3
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon
Green Papaya – (medium size) ; If it is green and hard you
might need to boil it to make it bit soft.

Description/ How to:
Take beef (500 gm) to a bowl and add Garam Masala powder -1
tea spoon; Coriander Powder -2 tea spoon; Cumin Powder – 2 tea spoon; Chilli
Powder- 1 tea spoon; Garlic & Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon; Salt- 2 tea
spoon; Olive oil- ¼ cup of Olive Oil and give it a good mix.
In a separate pan put these mixed beef, add ½ cup of water
and boil it for 25/30 minutes. Take it off before it is too soft.
After that, put ½ cup of olive oil add onion (cut into
cubes), salt, green chilli 2-3, in the pan scramble an egg and mix it with the
onion. When the onion becomes brown, add papaya. After 2/3 minutes add boiled
meat, add ½ cup of water and cook for 4/5 minutes. Add ½ tea spoon of black
pepper, 1 tea spoon of soya sauce, 2 tea spoon of sugar, and ½ cup of corn flour
mix. ( Make the corn flour mix with ½ cup of water and 2 spoons of corn flour)
Cook for another 5/7 minutes and Onion Beef is ready to go…………..

Ingredients for Homemade Peri Peri Chicken Wings:
Yogurt  ½ cup
Garlic and ginger paste 1 tea spoon
Tomato Puree 2 tea spoon
Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
Chilli powder ½ tea spoon
Cumin Powder 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce 2 table spoon
Lemon Juice ½ of a lemon
Sweet chilli Sauce 2 tea spoon
Tandoori Masala 1 tea spoon
Black pepper ¼ tea spoon
Mustard oil 2 tea spoon
Homemade Peri Peri Chinken Wings Recipe
Put all ingredients mentioned amount in a bowl : Yogurt  ½ cup, Garlic and ginger paste 1 tea spoon,
Tomato Puree 2 tea spoon, Coriander powder 1 tea spoon, Chilli powder ½ tea
spoon, Cumin Powder 1 tea spoon, Salt 1 tea spoon, Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce 2
table spoon, Lemon Juice ½ of a lemon, Sweet chilli Sauce 2 tea spoon, Tandoori
Masala 1 tea spoon, Black pepper ¼ tea spoon, Mustard oil 2 tea spoon, mix it
properly and then add chicken wings with it. Keep the marinated wings for at
least 1 hour. For the best taste keep it for 3 or 4 hours. more and more is
better!!!. Pre-heat oven with 180 degree and cook it for around 15-17 minutes.
And that’s all……….. your homemade peri peri chicken wings are ready.

Recipe
Step1
Preparing Chicken stuffing
Chicken breast fillet into pieces
½ tea spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon cumin powder
1 tea spoon Coriander  
½ tea spoon salt
2 tea spoon sweet chill sauce
Little bit of ketchup
(Mix it properly)
In a pan put some olive oil and fry some chopped onion until
brown. Add ½ tea spoon salt, ½ tea spoon,
1 tea spoon garam masala* powder (optional) and add one finely chopped
green chilli
After 2 minutes add the marinated chicken and add ½ cup of
water, put the lid on and leave it until it cooked.
Step 2
Put some flour and water mix it properly, take some
breadcrumbs in a plate. Put the chicken inside a bread, soak into the flour
mixture, nicely press all sides of the bread and seal it properly. Put it into
breadcrumbs and fry it into deep oil. Take it off when it gets nice colour.


Ready to eat your chicken bread pakora….
