Title: Chinese Vegetable Rainbow Recipe


Ingredients: 
Carrots-3-4
Flat Beans- 6-7
Green Beans -10-12
Cabbage- ½ of Medium size cabbage (cube)
Chicken Breast fillets 3-4 (cut into small pieces)
Onion-3- 4 (cube) 

Other ingredients
Olive Oil- ¼ Cup
Garlic paste- 1 table spoon
Lemon Juice-1 table spoon
Salt- 1 ½ tea spoon (to taste)
Black pepper- little bit (More you use it, will make the colour darker)
Egg- 2 
Soya Sauce- 1 tea spoon
Green Chilli – 2-3 (depends how hot you like)
Mix it properly and start cooking. Cook for few (3-4) minutes and then add Soya sauce – 1 tea spoon
Ketchup- Little bit

Procedure
Step-1
Boil your vegetable in a separate pan add little bit of salt in it as the vegetables will look more colourful. After boiling the vegetable, drain the water in a separate pot and keep the vegetable stock as you will use it for later. 
Step-2
Put some olive oil in the pan add salt, garlic paste, onion, black pepper and 2-3 green chilli. When it becomes a bit brown add small chicken pieces. Add some water and cook it for few minutes. Add 1-2 eggs with it. After 4-5 minutes of cooking add some boiled vegetables. Another minute or two of cooking add bit of soya sauce, ketchup and vegetable stock (left over from boiled vegetable). Add some milk after 2 minutes, cover it and cook for 5-10 minutes. 
And it’s ready to eat………

Chilli sour tava prawn| Tawa prawn| Sweet sour prawn| Chilli sour tava shrimp| Manchurian prawn

Ingredients

Chopped Onion- 2 medium size
Prawns-10/12
Chopped capsicum
Tomato -2/3
Lemon   ½
Olive oil  ½ cup
Salt - (½+ ½ ) tea spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 tea spoon
Chilli powder - (½+ ½ ) tea spoon
Madras powder-1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder- 1/3 tea spoon.
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon
Green Chilli -2/3 (optional) 
Description/ How to:
Add salt and chilli powder with the raw prawn, mix it
properly and heat it in a Tawa/pan with very little oil. Take it off when the
prawn get bit brown.
In a separate pan put some oil add salt and some onions, when
it becomes brown add tomatoes, capsicum, water and lemon juice.  After 10/15 minutes of cooking, add soya sauce
and sweet chilli sauce.  Add 1-2 green
chilli if you like it bit hot. Just cut it into half and put it in the sauce as
it will give nice flavour than the heat.
After 10 minutes of cooking chilli sour tava prawn will be ready to
serve…………..

Ingredients
Chicken -250 gm
Garlic and ginger paste- 1 table spoon
Chilli powder- ½ tea spoon (use more if you like more spicy)
Tandoori Masala – ½ table spoon
Sweet chilli sausce- 1 table spoon
Lemon Juice 1 tea spoons
Mustard oil -1 table spoon
Red pepper- ½
Chopped red onion ½
Cucumber
Tomato- 1-2
Olive oil  1 tea
spoons
Sugar- 1 tea spoon
Salt (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon

Description/ How to:
Put some chicken breast in a pot add garlic & ginger
paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce,
tandoori masala, lemon juice and mix it properly. Keep it in the fridge for an
hour. Put some olive oil in a pan add chicken and some red pepper and fry it
for few minutes.
In a separate bowl put some black pepper, lemon juice,
mustard oil, sugar, bit salt and mix it properly.
Mix chicken, pepper,
cucumber, tomato, red onion, spring onion, coriander add salad dressing. Toss
it and ready to eat tandoori chicken salad………………….

Ingredients

Meat (In this video we used lamb)- 1.5kg
Chopped Onion – 5/6
Garam Masala- 1 tea spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 table spoon
Madras Powder- 1table spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon (Use more or less as hot as you want)
Jayfal Jayetri crashed – ½ tea spoon (optional- it will give you a nice flavour)
Cinamon stick- 1
Cardamom- 2/3
Bay leaves- 2/3
Lemon Juice- 2 tea spoons
Yougurt- 1 Cup
Olive oil  ¼ cups
Salt  (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Garlic & ginger paste 2 table spoon
Poppy seeds (Posto dana) paste 2 tea spoon
Cashew nuts ground 2 table spoon

Description/ How to:

Put some yogurt in a blender, add poppy seeds, cashew nut and
blend it properly. Add some raisins, Jayfal Jatric (optional) and lemon juice
with it.
In a separate pan put some ghee (or butter) and add onion in
it and cook for few minutes. Add some salt, garlic, ginger, bay leaves,
cinnamon stick & cardamom. After frying for few minutes add meat along with
chilli powder, cumin powder, madras powder and garam masala. Add half cup of
water and cook for 30 minutes.
Now, add yogurt mixture to it and then cook another 20
minutes. Add milk, sugar and cook for another 15 minutes. Put some green
chillies and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add some fired onion for garnish.
And your Meat Rezalla is ready to
eat……………………

Ingredients

Step-1
Meat (In this video we used lamb)
Garam Masala- 2 tea spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 tea spoon
Madras Powder- 1tea spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon (Use more or less as hot as you want)
Turmeric Powder- ½ tea spoon
Jayfal Jayetri – ½ tea spoon (optional- it will give you a nice flavour)
Cinamon stick- 1
Cardamom- 2/3
Bay leaves- 2/3
Lemon Juice- 2 tea spoons
Yougurt- 1 Cup
Olive oil 2  table spoons
Salt  (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Give it a good mix…. And keep it in the fridge at least 2/3 hours

In a separate pan add some olive oil, add chopped onion, garlic 1 table spoon and
ginger 1 table spoon fry it for couple of minutes and then add marinated meat….
Cook it for
30/35 minutes…
And it’s
ready to eat your meat masala………………………

PRAWN FRIED RICE
Ingredients
Chopped Spring Onion
Chopped Carrots – 4/5 medium size
Prawns- 8/10
Chopped Green Pepper
Egg- 1
Lemon Juice (1+1) tea spoons
Olive oil  (1+1) tea spoons
Salt (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon
Description/ How to:
Add some water to a pot (Ratio should be like: 2.5 cup of water for 2 cups of rice) add 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of salt and 1 tea spoon of olive oil and cook. Don’t make the rice too soft as you will cook it again later on. If you think you put too much water just drain it before the rice become too soft. When it is ready keep it aside.
Make a scrambled egg in a separate pan and keep it aside.
Put oil in a fry pan put chopped carrots in it and add little bit of spring onion, leave it with less hit and prepare the prawn and come back to it later. Let it fry for 7 minutes and prepare prawn by this time.
In next step put some prawns in a bowl add ½  tea spoon of black pepper, 1 tea spoon of soya sauce, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of olive oil and ½ spoon salt and mix it properly.
Add prawns to those vegetables, and then add scrambled egg, rest of the spring onion. After 7 minutes, start adding rice slowly. Stir it gently and cook for another 4/5 minutes and it’s ready to eat your delicious prawn fried rice……………..
