Quick Garlic, lemon salmon bake

This is a very quick recipe to cook delicious baked salmon with nice lemon flavour. 
Ingredients
Garlic- 1-2 medium cloves
Ginger paste- 1 tea spoon 
Finely chopped chilli- 1-2 
Salt- ½ tea spoon 
Paprica- 1 tea spoon
Mustard paste- 2 tea spoon
Olive oil- 2 table spoon
Lemon Juice -1 table spoon
Description/How to…
Take all ingredients above mentioned in a pot and make a paste and mix it with fish fillets. 
Wrap it in a foil and bake it in 375 degree for 15 minutes and delicious Garlic, lemon Salmon is ready to go…..

Masala Meat Biryani | Yummy Yumz
Step-1
Meat (In this video we used lamb)- 1.5kg
Chopped Onion – 5/6
Garam Masala- 1 tea spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 table spoon
Madras Powder- 1table spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon (Use more or less as hot as you want)
Jayfal Jayetri crashed – ½ tea spoon (optional- it will give you a nice flavour)
Cinamon stick- 1
Cardamom- 2/3
Bay leaves- 2/3
Lemon Juice- 2 tea spoons
Yougurt- 1 Cup
Olive oil  ¼ cups
Salt  (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Garlic & ginger paste 2 table spoon
Poppy seeds (Posto dana) paste 2 tea spoon
Cashew nuts ground 2 table spoon
Rice: 5-6 cup

Description/ How to:

Step1 of Masala Meat Biryani  (Servings: 7-8 persons)

Put some yogurt in a blender, add poppy seeds, cashew nut and blend it properly. Add some raisins, Jayfal Jatric (optional) and lemon juice with it.
In a separate pan put some ghee (or butter) and add onion in it and cook for few minutes. Add some salt, garlic, ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon stick & cardamom. After frying for few minutes add meat along with chilli powder, cumin powder, madras powder and garam masala. Add half cup of water and cook for 30 minutes.
Now, add yogurt mixture to it and then cook another 20 minutes. Add milk, sugar and cook for another 15 minutes. Put some green chillies and cook for 3-5 minutes.

When the meat is done add washed basmati rice in it. Add 1.5 litre of water as the rice go under the water. Add ½ cup of milk and 2 table spoon of sugar.
Cook for another 25 minutes in low heat.

And your Masala Meat Biryani is ready to eat……………………

Sticky Chilli Chicken ***Sticky Chicken Wings*** Coated Wings***Yummy Yumz





STICKY CHILLI CHICKEN| STICKY CHICKEN WINGS






Ingredients

Garlic & Ginger paste – ½ tea spoon
Salt - 1 tea spoon + ½ tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
White Vinegar – 2 tea spoon
Soya Sauce - 1 tea spoon + 1 table spoon
Sesame oil – 2 tea spoon + 1 table spoon
Egg- 1
Corn flour – 2 table spoon
Self Raisin flour- 3 table spoon
(Mix it properly- and leave the mixture for around 15 minutes)
Tomato puree- 2  tea spoon
Chilli Sauce – 2 table spoon
Brown Sugar -2 table spoon
Chicken Stock- 1 cube
Oil – 1 cup (for frying chicken wings) + ¼  cup
Garlic- Chopped  (1 whole)
Onion – Cut into cube 1
Red Onion- Cut into cube 1
Capsicum – 2-3 different colour (1/2 of each capsicum cut into cubes)


Description/ How to:

Step-1
Add Garlic & Ginger paste – ½ tea spoon; Salt - 1 tea
spoon + ½ tea spoon; Black pepper ½ tea spoon; White Vinegar – 2 tea spoon; Soya
Sauce - 1 tea spoon + 1 table spoon; Sesame oil – 2 tea spoon + 1 table spoon;
Egg- 1; Corn flour – 2 table spoon and Self Raisin flour- 3 table spoon with
chicken wings. Mix it properly- and leave the mixture for around 15 minutes. After
around 15 minutes, fry the marinated chicken wings.
Step-2
In a separate pot add tomato puree- 2 tea spoon; Chilli
Sauce – 2 table spoon; Brown Sugar -2 table spoon; Chicken Stock- 1 cube and mix it properly. This sauce will be added as a base sauce later on. 
Step-3
In a pan put Olive Oil – ¼ cup; Garlic- Chopped  (1 whole); Onion – Cut into cube 1; Red Onion- Cut into cube 1; Capsicum – 2-3 different colour (1/2 of each capsicum cut into cubes) add chicken wings. After around 10 minutes add special sauce we made before. Cook another 15 minutes and your Coated
Chilli Chicken Wings are ready to go………………..

Marrow medium size
Capsicum
Chopped Onion- 1 big size
Turmeric powder- ½ tea spoon
Chilli powder- ½ tea spoon
Cumin powder- 1 tea spoon

Olive oil – ½ cup
Description/ How to
Put  1 chopped onion, turmeric powder- ½ tea spoon; Chilli powder- ½ tea spoon; Cumin powder- 1 tea spoon and Madras powder- 1 tea spoon, ½ cup of olive oil and some peeled prawn into a pan and gently mix it. Add ½ cup of water and start cooking. After 15/18 minutes add some green chilli and coriander and cook for another 5/7 minutes and Marrow prawn recipe is ready to go……………

Mackerel cut into pieces- 3/4
Olive oil  ¼ cup
Salt  ½  table spoon
Chilli Powder- ½  tea spoon
Turmeric Powder- 1 tea spoon
Description/ How to:
Put ½  tea spoon of chilli powder, 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder, and ½ tea spoon of salt and gently mix it with mackerel fillet.
Put some olive oil in a pan and fry…………

Serve with green salad the amazing mackerel fish fry……………….

Easiest way to cook delicious Mackerel fish.

Ingredients
Chopped Onion -2 Medium size
Mackerel cut into pieces- 8/10
Olive oil  ¼ cup
Salt 1 table spoon
Cumin Powder- 1 table spoon
Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon
Turmeric Powder- 1 tea spoon
Mustard Paste- 2 table spoon
Tomato puree- 1 table spoon
Tomato chopped - 1

Description/ How to:

Put ¼ cup of olive oil into a pan and then add chopped onion, Salt 1 table spoon, Cumin Powder- 1 table spoon, Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon, Turmeric Powder- 1 tea spoon, tomato puree and then put mackerel fillets into it. Gently mix it with the ingredients with the fish, then add ½ cup of water and start the cooker with low heat. After 15 Minutes of cooking, add some tomatoes and ½ of lemon juice. After another 5/7 minutes your Mackerel Dopiaza is ready to go……………..
