Baked Pepper Recipe



Step1
Preparing Chicken stuffing

Chicken breast fillet into pieces 
½ tea spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon cumin powder
1 tea spoon Coriander  
½ tea spoon salt
2 tea spoon sweet chill sauce
Little bit of ketchup
(Mix it properly)
In a pan put some olive oil and fry some chopped onion until brown. Add ½ tea spoon salt, ½ tea spoon,  1 tea spoon garam masala* powder (optional) and add one finely chopped green chilli
After 2 minutes add the marinated chicken and add ½ cup of water, put the lid on and leave it until it cooked.

Step2
Chicken breast fillets cut into small pieces
Medium size capsicum cut into half,
 1 chopped red onion,
 green olives,
½ table spoon of black pepper,
 mozzarella cheese ,
 1 table spoon lemon juice,
¼ cup of olive oil.

Description
This is a delicious recipe of baked pepper with chicken stuffing. It is colourful, cheesy and tasty. There are two small steps process for this recipe.
In step one is for preparing the chicken for stuffing.  
Put small pieces of chicken  into a bowl and add one by one ½ tea spoon chilli powder;  1 tea spoon cumin powder ; 1 tea spoon Coriander powder;  ½ tea spoon salt; 2 tea spoon sweet chill sauce and little bit of ketchup.
Put ¼ cup of olive oil into a pan put finely chopped onion into it add 1 tea spoon of garam masala* (optional) and 1 finely chopped green chilli into it. When the onion will become brown add the marinated chicken into it.  At last add ¼ cup of water and put the lid on. Don’t put too much water as the chicken itself will discharge some water. Cook it for 6/7 minutes and check whether the chicken is soft enough.  When it is ready, turn the oven off.
In step two of this baked peppers recipe:  prepare the stuffing to go inside the peppers.   
Take the chicken into a bowl and mix 1 chopped red onion, some green olives, ½ table spoon of black pepper, mozzarella cheese (1/2 of mozzarella), 1 table spoon lemon juice, add olive oil.
Cut peppers into half and take the seeds out. Clear inside it as you can put much stuff inside it. Toss it nicely and start putting stuffing inside the peppers. Make layers with cheese first then mixed chicken and again cheese at the top.
Now, bake it for 10 minutes and its ready to eat your delicious baked capsicum….

Ingredients:
Tomato 2 (medium size)
Pepper 1-2 (better to use to different colours ½ of each if you use 3 different colours)
Coriander
Boiled Chicken mince / Keema (1 full cup)
Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into cube)
Green Chilli 1-2 (You can avoid if it is for kids)
Olive oil- ¼ cup
Green Olives -3-4
Black peper- ¼ table spoon.

Procedure
Step-1
Boil your chicken breast fillet with bit of salt. Cool it down and make mince out of it. In a separate bowl mix add chopped tomatoes, green olives, pepper, Mozzarella cheese, (use 2/3 of the cheese with this mixture), green chilli and at last coriander one by one.
Then add some olive oil, black pepper and mix it properly.
Step-2
Spread it properly to the bread use- 1/3 leftover cheese at the top of your spreading. It will give you nice texture with olives, pepper and cheese at the top.
Now bake it for 10 minutes.

And it’s ready to eat………

This video is about how to cook Indian style salmon easily at home. It is very easy to cook and delicious. There are definitely many ways to cook salmon but this is one of the kinds I like to cook. It looks colourful and delicious. Different colour combination of pepper and salmon gives a nice texture and flavour at the end.
Although it is a spicy salmon fish cooking recipe, the amount of spices is always depends on every individual. Hope you will enjoy this delicious fish curry recipe.



Ingredients 
Salmon- 9/10 pieces
Onion- 2/3
Pepper- (half of each, better if you have 3 different colours)
Lemon Juice- 2 table spoon
Chilli powder-1 table spoon
Turmeric Powder- ½ tea spoon
Madras Powder-1 table spoon (optional)
Cumin Powder- 1 ½ table spoon
Salt- 1 ½ tea spoon (to taste)
Green Chilli – 2-3 (depends how hot you like)
Yougurt—4/5 table spoons
Mix it properly and start cooking. Cook for few (3-4) minutes and then add Soya sauce – 1 tea spoon
Fish Sauce- ½ tea spoon
Ketchup- 2 table spoons
Cook for another 20/25 minutes
Add some coriander for garnish and serve yummy Indian style salmon fish curry…..
