Put some chicken breast strips into a pan and salt 1 tea spoon; Ginger Garlic Paste- ½ tea spoon; Cumin Powder -1 tea spoon; Garam Masala Powder – ½ tea spoon; Black pepper ½ tea spoon; Olive oil- ¼ cup and stir it properly. Boil it for 15/20 minutes as the chicken become half boiled. While it’s getting ready put some ¼ cup of olive oil, add potato and salt ½ tea spoon and cook it for 15/20 minutes. Then add the chicken mixture with this potato and slow cook for another 10 minutes or so.
Take a puff pastry sheet and cut it as shown in the video put stuffing inside and put egg yolks for getting the perfect colour.
Bake it in 400 degree for 20 minutes until get the nice colour. And your Puffed Chicken Samosa is ready to go……………….

and mix it properly. Leave the mixture for ½ an hour and then add Pakora mix powder- 1 table spoon (Optional) Plain Flour- 4 table spoon; Corn Flour- 2 table spoon; Gram Flour (Beshan) – 3 table spoon; Chilli Powder – ½ tea spoon and give a good mixture.
Put some oil in a pan and heat it properly first. Then start putting small ball of the
mixture. And take it off when it becomes nice brown colour.
Add chopped onion, potato, green beans and tomato in a pan with low heat and add salt- 1 table spoon; Madras powder-1 table spoon; Cumin powder- 1 and ½ tea spoon; chilli powder- 1 tea spoon and turmeric Powder ½ tea spoon. Mix it properly, and after 4-5 minutes add 1 cup of water, cover it and cook it for around 20 minutes.
When the vegetables become little bit soft and fish into it. Keep the fish in the top surface and don’t stir it hard. Gently put the gravy at the top of it and cover it for another 10 minutes. And your easy Mackerel and Veg is ready to go…………….

Ingredients
Lamb rib – 1KG
Chilli powder- 2 tea spoons
Garam masala powder -2 tea spoon
Yogurt – 3 table spoon
Tomato puree – 2 table spoon
Sweet chilli – 2 table spoon
Peri peri sauce – 2 table spoon
Madras powder -1 tea spoon
Salt- 2 tea spoon
Tandoori Masala- 2 tea spoon
Lemon Juice 2 tea spoon + 2 tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 and ½ tea spoon
Mustard oil -1/4 cup
Description/ How to:
Take lamb rib in a bowl and add Chilli powder- 2 tea spoons; Garam masala powder -2 tea spoon; Yogurt – 3 table spoon; Tomato puree – 2 table spoon; Sweet chilli – 2 table spoon; Peri peri sauce – 2 table spoon; Madras powder -1 tea spoon; Salt- 2 tea spoon; Tandoori Masala- 2 tea spoon; Lemon Juice 2 tea spoon; Black pepper ½ tea spoon and Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 and ½ tea spoon and mix it properly.
Keep it into the fridge for 5/6 hours. Keep it overnight if possible.
Take it out of the fridge mix little bit of Mustard oil -1/4 cup and put it into the baking tray.
Brush bit of butter as it will not stick into the baking tray….
Preheat the oven and bake it 180 degree for 1 or 1.5 hrs and your lamb rib is ready to go……….
